How do I clean my coffee maker without vinegar?

I don't have any vinegar or baking soda in the house, what else can I use to run through my coffee maker to clean it?

1
Empty the basket and rinse all of the old grounds out of it. Now run plain, hot water through the coffee maker one time. Notice how cloudy and gross the water is when it pours into the pot!
Step2
Fill the reservoir with a mixture made of 1 part hot water to 1 part white vinegar. Run through the machine. If your coffee maker is very old, or hasn't been cleaned in awhile, you may want to repeat this step.
Step3
Run another two cycles of plain, hot water through the coffee maker again to remove the traces of vinegar left in the system.
Step4
Remove the basket and soak in a little bleach water. Srub any remaining stains with an old toothbrush. Make sure to rinse this very well, to remove all traces of bleach.
