I usually mix my FIXX meal replacement shake with frozen strawberries, a banana or instant flavored coffee.
I added 2 tsp of sugar free chocolate pudding before blending. Let it set for about 5 minutes and I had the most divine chocolate mocha THICK shake.
YUM!
I still don’t mix/blend with milk( I am sensitive to lactose). I only use water. The addition of the pudding mix made it thicker and still had low calories.
For 100 calories and 10 grams of protein, my FIXX meal replacement shake is my favorite. I have tried literally hundreds of other protein shake brands.
FIXX is it for me!
